Collisions is one of the first words that comes to mind when you think of Maschine Krank. And that is not only because you feel like you've been run over when you've listened to their songs. The band was formed in 2005 from the remnants of the band Parkas with the desire to play noisy and fast hardcore pop that collides with electronic soundscapes. Having played for several years with various constellations the band has no lack of musicianmanship however they manage to combine it with lots of energy and a curiosity for blending different musical as well as pop cultural influences. Åsa Ahlanders sweet and haunting vocals deliver lyrics with a subtle political twist that are immersed in a fluster of distorted guitars and electronic noises. If you get the chance you should check out their raucous live performances!
Band Members:

Petter Skerfving – sounds and vocals
As it happens some accidents are lucky. When In Elvis Garage started it was as a side project to punk rock outfit Myron's Girlfriend and a way for singer/songwriter Andreas Körsell to explore his love for the pure pop song with dazzling melodies and vocal harmonies. Soon the side project became the main project and after changing most of its members the band found a steady lineup in 2002. Since then they have played several live shows and recorded their debut album “Winning by cheating” with producer Jens Lindgård (The Mopeds, Damn!). The album is released in Japan by Underground Liberation Force and will be released by Stop/Start in May 2008.
